Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the cb777k Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed.

When registering your cb777k Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or equivalent identity document, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time.

cb777k reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in the formats specified by the cb777k support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cb777k Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

Betting Rules

cb777k settlement decisions on all sports markets are final once confirmed. Queries regarding bet settlement must be submitted to customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding. Queries submitted after this window may not be reviewed.

cb777k cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and sports integrity organisations. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect criminal activity, we are obligated to report such suspicions and to freeze associated Account funds pending investigation.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of cb777k.

Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance windows, technical failures, or events outside cb777k's reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, and force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable account security standards.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cb777k's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

cb777k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your Account activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You are engaged in or associated with match-fixing, collusion, or sports corruption.
• Continued operation of your Account is required to be suspended under applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Upon termination for cause, cb777k reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing has occurred, any legitimately held funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You may close your cb777k Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Amendments to These Terms
